Ise Shrine, a sacred place beloved as the "hometown of the heart" of the Japanese people, enshrines the most revered deity in Japan, Amaterasu Omikami.

During the annual rites at Ise Shrine, the most significant ritual for wishing for a bountiful harvest, the harvested and carefully selected honey of the year is dedicated during the important festival, Kanname-sai (the offering of first fruits). With a deep bond with Ise Shrine, we participate in this solemn ceremony, offering our heartfelt gratitude to the gods for a safe honey harvest and wishing for coexistence with honey. Every year, we offer the finest product as a token of appreciation.
